Please be advised that the shipment of fragile items (such as TVs, glassware, specialized parts, etc.) is undertaken at your own risk. SSCServices will not assume responsibility for any damage to these items during transit.
We strongly encourage you to ensure that these items are clearly labeled as “fragile,” adequately padded for protection, and that invoices are uploaded in a timely manner to avoid any issues.
Please note that we do not have the means to assess whether these products were damaged upon delivery. As such, we cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur during shipment. However, we are more than happy to assist with facilitating reverse or return shipments where applicable.
Please be advised that you have 14 days from the date your package or shipment arrives and is ready for pickup or delivery before storage fees are applied. After the 14-day period, a storage fee of JMD $150.00 per day will be charged for packages under 30 lbs. This fee will be adjusted based on the weight and dimensions of packages exceeding 30 lbs.
Kindly note that any packages or shipments not collected within 30 days will be moved to our unclaimed section and may be auctioned off to cover shipping, customs, and other incurred expenses.
To help you minimize costs, we recommend splitting shipments whenever possible. However, please be advised that any products valued over USD $100.00 are subject to customs duties as per the Jamaica Customs Agency regulations.
To ensure a smooth and transparent clearance process, we kindly request that you submit your invoices in advance, prior to the arrival of your goods. You can do so via pre-alert, WhatsApp, or email. This allows us to facilitate a more efficient clearance for your products.
Please note, if an item valued over USD $100.00 is received without the corresponding invoice, there may be consequences. The Jamaica Customs Agency could either confiscate the product or apply duties based on its market value.

All packages are subjected to the necessary fees and customs duties where applicable.
All our packages are insured, if lost or misplaced in our care you will be reimbursed in full for the missing product where necessary.
Our warehouse team in Florida is among the best globally, with years of warehousing and shipping experience to ensure you the best service possible. As such, all products delivered to our warehouse are signed for and logged in our system; however, if a customer fails to input the correct information in their shipping address, this may force the warehouse team to place your package into the “unknown section”. Upon notifying us, we will collect the necessary information (tracking number/purchase ID number etc.) to retrieve this product from the unknown location at a cost $350 per package. This process normally takes 3-7 days.
