Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that the shipping of all fragile items (TVs, Glasses, Specialized parts etc.) you do at your own risk. SSCServices will not take any responsibility for the damage to these items. We implore and encourage you ensure these items are properly labeled “fragile”, adequately padded and the invoices are uploaded accordingly.
Kindly note that we have NO way to know if these products were delivered damaged or not, therefore, we will not be held liable for any damages that may incurred, however we are happy to assist and facility the reverse/return shipment where applicable.
Customers have five (5) days from when your package/shipment arrive and ready for pickup/delivery before storage is incurred. After five (5) days, a storage fee of JMD $100.00 per day will be applied to your package/shipment under 30lbs this price will be adjusted accordingly to weight and dimension exceeding 30lbs.
Kindly note all packages/shipments not collected after fifteen (15) days will be placed in our unclaimed section and will be auctioned off to cover shipping/customs and other expenses incurred.

Please be advised that all products shipped with a value over US$100.00 will be subjected to customs duty as per Jamaica Customs Agency. As such, we implore our customers to submit their invoices before the product reaches our shores (Via pre-alert, whatsapp or email). This is to allow for the smooth transparent clearance of your product(s). If a product is valued over US$100.00 and the invoice was not uploaded/submitted, then your product, maybe confiscated by Jamaica Customs, or duty be leveled as per market value. All our packages are insured, if lost or misplaced in our care you will be reimbursed in full for the missing product where necessary.
Our warehouse team in Florida is among the best globally, with years of warehousing and shipping experience to ensure you the best service possible. As such, all products delivered to our warehouse are signed for and logged in our system; however, if a customer fails to input the correct information in their shipping address, this may force the warehouse team to place your package into the “unknown section”. Upon notifying us, we will collect the necessary information (tracking number/purchase ID number etc.) to retrieve this product from the unknown location at a cost $250 per package.
